With significant experience in credit control, debt recovery and debt litigation, we take on a range of engagements from single invoice collection through to fully outsourced support for in-house functions.

    We specialise in providing a bespoke service, with specially tailored strategies which yield the best results for our clients. Where assistance for more contentious or complex matters is required, we’re not tied down by time or resource limitations and don’t churn cases through a standard workflow. As a result, if cases need more consultant time or investigation, they will get it.

    We’re often able to provide commercial services for no fee, recovering reasonable costs from your client. However, we know this isn’t always appropriate so also offer the service on a contingency basis with our fees dependant on a successful outcome for you.

    Oliver Hughes

    (ACA) - Senior Consultant | Advisory Board member

    Oliver (we call him Ollie) is an ACA Chartered accountant, with over 12 years experience in finance. His career began in a small family run business fulfilling the day to day finance function, which included Accounts Payable/Receivable and cash flow forecasting. He then moved on to FTSE 100 and Malaysian property developers in finance manager roles.

    During this time Oliver worked with a wide range of funding partners from banks to individual investors. The scale of these projects varied from 2-3 houses in the Home Counties up to large multi-phase developments in central London – £2m to £400m build cost.

    Since January 2020 Oliver has been residing in Perth Australia, forming a property investment trust with a group of individual investors.

    Oliver’s SME background means he understands the immediate concern of running your business often doesn’t allow the opportunity to look into longer term planning. Maintaining key relationships with customers and suppliers is first and foremost, with any review of potential future funding requirements often an after-thought.

    His expertise will allow you to get on with the things that matter whilst providing you with the peace of mind that the future of your business is being looked after.

    With a background in operations management and strategy with a specialist focus on debt recovery and technology (most recently from one of Europe’s fastest growing fintechs), Simon has a comprehensive knowledge of the way things work in companies of all shapes and sizes.

    He’s assisted hundreds of businesses with debt recovery, Ops and strategy, with his niche sitting within the fintech space. His stellar reputation, deep understanding of the sector, and a proven track record in both building functions and supporting lenders (particularly in the pre-seed to Series B stages), position him perfectly to deliver impactful and commercially minded results.
