How we work

Our platform
WorkCap is built on a proprietary platform we designed and developed in-house, from the ground up, specifically for commercial credit operations and collections. It holds case and ledger data in one auditable system, applies consistent automation and workflow across every mandate, exposes file status and activity to clients through a secure portal, and produces analytics and reporting at a standard suitable for leadership and audit review.
The combination is what allows a small senior team to deliver with consistency: judgement where it matters, automation where it does not, and a clear audit trail across both.
Native AI and escalation decisioning (beta)
The platform has native AI capabilities built in, including escalation decisioning (beta). AI-assisted extraction, drafting, analysis and reporting work alongside our own workflow rules, controlled case access and recorded human decisions.
AI-assisted analysis operates within defined workflows, with professional oversight, validation controls and clear accountability for decisions. Our team controls legal next-step decisions, and recommended legal escalation requires your approval.
