This website is intended for business users only. We do not provide services to consumers through this website. If you access or use the website, you confirm that you are doing so in the course of a business, trade, profession, office-holder role, employment role or other organisational capacity.

These terms govern use of the website only. Where we provide debt recovery, consulting or other services under a separate written agreement, that agreement governs those services. If there is any conflict, the signed services agreement prevails in relation to the services.

Notices and communications to us should be sent to our registered office or to support@workcap.co.uk. Notices sent by first-class post are deemed received three business days after posting. Notices sent by email are deemed received at the time of transmission, or, if outside the recipient's business hours, at 9.00am on the next business day, provided no delivery-failure notice is received.

14. General

No failure or delay in exercising any right or remedy under these terms will operate as a waiver. No single or partial exercise of a right or remedy will prevent further exercise of that or any other right or remedy.

These terms, together with any documents referred to in them, form the agreement between you and us in relation to website use.

15. Law and jurisdiction

These terms and any non-contractual disputes or claims arising from or relating to them, the website or its Content are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
