Cookie policy

What cookies we set, why we set them, and how you can change your mind at any time.

This Cookie Policy explains how The Working Capital Group Limited (“WorkCap”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on workcap.co.uk. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy. We comply with the UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) as updated by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They are used to make sites work, to remember preferences, and to gather analytics about how the site is used.

Categories we use

  • Strictly necessary. Required for the site to function. These include the cookie that stores your consent choices (wc_consent). Always on and do not require consent under PECR.
  • Analytics. Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*) — measures anonymous usage so we can improve the site. Set only if you opt in.
  • Marketing. Used for advertising and remarketing. Off by default; set only if you opt in. We do not currently run marketing cookies but reserve the category should that change.

Google Consent Mode v2

We use Google Consent Mode v2. Until you give consent, analytics and advertising signals are denied by default. Your choices are stored locally in the wc_consent cookie for up to 180 days.

Changing your preferences

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time:

You can also block or delete cookies via your browser settings. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the site.
